Hi there, I was just wondering how you were able to purchase Ozempic, I thought there was no stock, any chance of helping me out, or guiding me in the right direction? I was on it last year from July to Nov and lost quite a bit but have another 30 to go, I have since changed to Saxenda, but that’s not great for me, and I would love to get back on Oz asap.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, I keep getting diverted to another website when I click, I want to buy it, it says it can be dispatched from Australia, and I don’t have to get it from overseas, but want to make sure it is not a scam.

Hello everyone. Many say that Ozempic is a great drug, and I also think so. But I would like to tell you about a diet without which I could not lose weight. In my life, I have never been an advocate of healthy eating; to say the least, I have not been able to limit myself to eating. So I chose Ducane’s diet because it allows you to consume an unlimited amount of lean protein, which saturates and means you don’t get hungry. I started Ducane’s diet eight months ago, and I just lost 26 kilos. How nice it is not to be fat anymore and to be able to wear smaller clothes. On the other hand, when carbohydrate deficiency occurs, the brain is slowed down and fatigue is often high. During the diet, severe constipation occurs despite consuming a large amount of water. At some point, I decided to stop the Ducane diet and eat differently (vegetarian diet). It may not be as effective as a protein diet, but it is very useful for cognitive health.

I figured the only way to lose weight was to eat less and move more… but it’s hard to exercise more when you’re over 120 kg. Plus, you look at your reflection in the mirror, and it depresses you… it’s a vicious circle. A friend started injecting, so I decided to do the same. It’s been nine weeks, and weight loss is slow, but I feel that the areas of the body that have not decreased for a long time are shrinking.

I weighed almost 220 pounds at 1 m 70. I took Alli tablets at first, but I was discouraged by the very unpleasant side effects on the gastrointestinal tract. Today I get the 11th injection, and this is the 10th full week of taking Ozempic. My appetite is definitely curbed. So far, I’ve lost a total of 17 kilos. I’m over the moon.

Being an obese woman for many years, I can say that this is quite a heavy burden. I have tried dozens of diets (including special nutrition programs) in my life, but I could not make any of them part of my lifestyle. Ozempic is a very practical antihistamine because it is only used once a week. I’ve lost 18 kilograms. The blood sugar level has improved. Sleep apnea is gone. On the advice of a doctor, I take it for 5 months and do not plan to give it up.

Feel free to ask for advice! If you can not do something yourself, do not be afraid to seek help from professionals. It is normal to lose weight gradually. I believe that rapid weight loss can damage health or cause the yo-yo effect.

With the arrival of spring, I decided to start taking Ozempic and lose weight. I am so grateful to all who came up with this cure, which has changed my attitude toward food. Before, I constantly thought about food, and injection pens changed it. Of course, injections should not be abused; they are done once a week, not more often! It’s a great ally to fight obesity if you’re doing it right.

Hello, Zyu1870! Your BMI is 30.1. You do have obesity, although you seem to have only recently crossed this line. Usually, obesity is diagnosed with a BMI of 30. Try it yourself or contact a dietician who will help you lose weight.

In 3 years I have gained a lot of weight. Once I was slim, but I began to weigh 74 kg. Poor nutrition, missed meals, unhealthy food, snacks, restaurants, etc. All of it affected my figure. Ozempic was not an incredible miracle for me, as many others write, but I was able to lose 9 kg. On the plus side, I can feel hungry and then full after I’ve eaten a little. Cons: I’m still struggling with residual gastrointestinal disturbance.

My height is 1.65 meters; my original weight is 87 kg. This weight may seem small to you, but I think I had too much fat on my thighs and abdomen. I began to lose weight at a dose of 1 mg, doses of 0.25 and 0.5 did not help me. I had some minor side effects, but it’s nothing compared to how the drug suppresses my appetite and cravings for sweets. Now I weigh 65 kg, and I have to buy new clothes. In general, it is good medicine. I recommend it!

To save some money, I decided to stop at 1 mg. It’s been eight weeks, and that’s great! I’ve already lost 22 pounds. I did it with a low-carb diet that really helped me lose the weight that was so irritating. All indications are that Ozempic is a really good drug, even at a dose of 1 mg.

When I first started taking Ozempic, my weight reached the mark of 89 kg. I was able to reach the weight of 75 kg and am just happy. I am all for gradual slimming and do not want to lose weight very quickly. No radical diets or fasting. I eat well, although I do not do sports, I walk and sometimes visit the pool. If possible, I prefer to lose weight due to a diet change.

It turns out that Ozempic is a very popular weight loss drug, and I also find it effective. The injections scared me a little when I realised it was the injections, but I still wanted to try them. The result is excellent, good efficiency, you need to apply only once a week. I advise those who want to use Ozempic or other new medication always consult a doctor or pharmacist first.

Hello, Lauren! It is not overweight at 165 cm in height and 97 kg in weight. It is obesity. Note that the severity of obesity depends on the body mass index (BMI). Your BMI is 35.6. It’s not even class I obesity anymore; it’s class II obesity (BMI 35 or more). You are young and may feel well, but obesity is a chronic disease that requires serious treatment.

This is the best slimming drug I’ve ever tried! I have 12 to 13 kilos of extra weight, but now more than ever, I’m sure I can achieve my goal. The important thing is I told myself right away that I would have the body that I wanted and that I would never give up on my goal. I got rid of bad eating habits and COMPLETELY REVISED MY DIET FROM A TO Z. I would have found it difficult to do it without real professionals in health and nutrition. Avoid magazines and websites that promise miracles.

Hi, I’m a former fat lady, and now I’m an online nutrition coach. Before you «lose weight» or go on a diet, you should understand what is going on with you and your body. What do you want to achieve? Are you stressed? Do you just eat a lot? Do you have health problems? Are you ready to change your lifestyle, and if so, to what? I think it is clear from the feedback of other users that weight loss is something serious and requires caution. We are all different. Ideally, you should lose weight under the supervision of a nutritionist.

I just gave my 4 Ozempic injection 2 mg. In the last four months, I lost 9 kilograms. I don’t really like sports, but I still force myself to exercise. I have a treadmill, hula hoop, stepper, exercise bike, and dumbbells – and they are not covered with dust. I also walk regularly. I’ve made a lot of changes in food, but I think I need to make some adjustments. You want to lose weight – Ozempic can help, but you need to change your lifestyle.

Ozempic is highly recommended in all respects, but without a diet, nothing works. Personally, I chose the Dukan diet, in my opinion, it is quite simple and effective. With it, you don’t have to be very creative to combine diet and pleasure (I love meat very much). I’ve already lost 26 pounds. I like to wear my old clothes, and I wear them because they’re too big for me. I already dare to wear new sexy outfits, but I don’t spend much money on them; I’m sure I’ll lose more weight. And I also want to give you a tip – more frequent gym, fewer cigarettes and alcohol.

I am writing on the forum for the first time. I’m obese, 31 years old, 169 cm and 103 kg. In my youth, I had several more or less successful diets, even though I wasn’t 100% on my goal. Now I’ve decided to really pull myself together. And I’m supervised by a nutritionist. I take Ozempic; I go to the pool 3-4 times a week for 1 hour and run 1-2 times a week. The results are improving; I lost 6 kg in the last month. I feel like a different person. PS. I believe that forums and the experience of others can be a good source of support.

Hello everyone, I am writing for the first time. I try to lose weight and motivate myself as I can. It is not easy for me. My weight was 118 kg (height 177 cm). I have no specific goal; I just need to lose some weight. I could not control my hunger and ate too much at noon and night. Ozempic helps me a lot. Yes, the weight goes away slowly, but the main thing is that it GOES! I want to tell everyone, don’t get upset because you’re slowly losing weight, as long as you don’t stop.

Reply to  Sara

Hello, Sara. Great job! Really, 33 kg in 5 months – it’s pretty fast. If you have a balanced diet with a reasonable intake of fat, protein and carbohydrates, why not. From a health point of view, it is better to have a healthy weight than to have excess body fat. The risk of rapid weight loss and incorrect diet is that there is a deficiency of useful macro and microelements in the body. This leads to metabolic disorders, muscle loss and other problems. Good luck!

Hello, Lana! Your BMI is 23.2; you have a healthy weight. Ozempic is assigned to people with a BMI of 30 or higher, sometimes with a BMI of 27 or higher (if there are associated diseases). This medication is designed for long-term obesity treatment. It causes weight loss but usually begins to work optimally after a few months of treatment.

In the past, I was always quite thin. I was lucky that I had a fairly fast metabolism. In my youth, my weight ranged between 52 and 55 kg. I could gain 3 or 5 kg, go on a simple diet and easily lose weight. After the birth of 2 children, the situation changed a little. Two years ago, I was depressed. Suddenly I began to gain weight very quickly and reached 76.5 kg. At first, it didn’t bother me because I told myself that once I made an effort, I would get weight loss without a problem. I went on a diet, drank a lot of water, and even starved; I’ve never tried so hard to lose weight. The weight began to decrease but so slowly that I realised I could not return to my usual weight. Ozempic was the push I needed. There was progress in weight loss, and I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. The path was hard, but I walked it. Now I’m in the almost normal weight range of the BMI chart for the first time in years. Believe in yourself, and success will come.

Hello, Kylie0980. Ozempic is not approved for children and adolescents. Its effectiveness and safety have not been studied on people under the age of 18. Your daughter has a BMI of 27.2. Yes, it’s already diagnosed as overweight, but it’s not obesity yet. It is strongly recommended to discuss with the doctor the necessity and expediency of any treatment.

Hello, I am 42 years old; I gained 33 kg in 5 years after big personal problems and smoking cessation. Already 3 years since I was diagnosed with diabetes. I first took metformin, which is a good drug for diabetes, but I didn’t see it as a weight-loss drug. A year ago, my doctor offered to try Ozempic because my weight was steadily increasing. When I started injecting, my weight stabilised at 105 kg. I became more careful about my eating and started going to the gym. My weight began to decrease, and in 2 months, I had already lost 11 kg. I want to try a protein diet to accelerate my progress. People with diabetes, tell me, please, is it possible to use a protein diet? I would be very grateful for your answers!

Hello, I suppose you are seeing an endocrinologist? An endocrinologist is good, but without the help of a dietician, it can be difficult to lose weight. Important! You should also remember that changing your own diet plan without supervision is dangerous, especially when it comes to diabetics.

Hi, Sara! I had a similar situation. The dietician said that the large protein consumption creates an additional load on the liver and the kidneys. With diabetes and obesity, the work of these organs is already overloaded. I was on a protein diet, but it was different from what is usually said. Take care and good luck…

I’ve never heard of Ozempic. Is it better than Saxenda?

Jane O'Shea

Both Ozempic and Saxenda belong to the class of drugs known as GLP-1 RA. They can suppress appetite and cause clinically significant weight loss. Clinical trials have shown that Ozempic is more effective than Saxenda in terms of weight loss. Ozempic became so popular that the manufacturer could not meet the demand and was forced to partially stop pharmacy deliveries for most of 2022.

Ozempic is a hypodermic pen that my endocrinologist gave me to reduce my blood sugar. I didn’t lose much weight on it, but I didn’t do sports or change my diet much. Hello, Dozzy! The classic indications for the use of any weight loss medication in Australia are obesity treatment (BMI of 30 or more) and overweight treatment for a BMI of 27 to 30 if there are associated diseases (diabetes, sleep apnea, hypertension and some others). Measure your BMI and discuss with your doctor the advisability of using Ozempic.

Hello, I want to ask if anyone has tried to start with a dose of 0.5 or 1 mg. Do not want to waste 2 months.

Changing the dosing regimen yourself is not the best idea. Ozempic is a good drug for weight loss. It will be a shame to get off because of the side effects. It is best to start with 0.25 mg and increase the dose. Good luck on your journey!

You may be lucky, but I don’t recommend it. I started with 0.25 mg and gradually increased the dose. I suffered from stomach side effects for a long time before they started to weaken. I don’t know what I would feel if I started with 1 mg.

Ozempic works well, but it comes at a cost. At first, there were small stomach problems; with increasing dosage, they became more serious, and sometimes I just could not eat due to nausea. Now everything is much better, but I don’t know what it means. I hope that this will not happen, but I fear the return of side effects. Tell me, has anyone ever faced such a problem?

Hello, Robert. I had stomach problems too. But I was tired of my diet failures, so I decided to continue the treatment no matter what. In my opinion – the side effects are worth achieving a healthier weight.

If you are serious about weight loss, it is very likely that you will have to deal with side effects. I had nausea, constipation, and vomiting, which was very unpleasant. Then it all passed. I was losing weight and feeling amazing.

This is really amazing; the effect of Ozempic lasts all week. I never thought there would be such drugs, but it happened. At first, I was a little worried, but it turned out that using the Ozempic pen is very simple. I’m very satisfied so far; the desire to eat all the time is gone. I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight.

In recent years, unfortunately, I was not doing well. I survived everything: I was overweight, had obesity class 1 and then class 2 (BMI 37). I have been prescribed a drug called Ozempic. I first heard about it, although I had previously tried many weight loss drugs. My temporary achievement – I’m obese again, class 1 (BMI 33), and the doctor says that’s not all I’m capable of. My verdict – Ozempic works, but I still have a long way to go to succeed.

I see that many people here share their experiences and progress. Today I also want to share them with you. A significant reduction in BMI is a very good result. I lost 30 pounds and know that without Ozempic, I could not do it.

A year ago, my BMI showed that I have obesity. The doctor said that I should start taking Ozempic, as I have a little high blood sugar. I lost 10 kilograms, and my sugar levels have improved. The diagnosis has changed from obesity to overweight, but I will not stop. As for efficiency, I noticed the result after 5 months. My experience is generally positive; although there are still some aspects with side effects, it is generally a good drug.

Hello everyone. I have been taking Ozempic for 6 weeks and have not noticed any results. Weight has not decreased, and the effect of appetite suppression is very weak. I know this medication isn’t working right away but is it normal what’s happening to me?

Hi, Rebecca!!! Ozempic begins to optimally suppress appetite after 2-3 months when the maximum dosage is reached. The drug as a whole gives good results when used for a long time. Good luck!

Ozempic is a fantastic drug. I struggled with my weight for many years, but it only depressed me. At the maximum dose of Ozempic, I lost 17 kilograms in 3 months, and this is just a great result. I plan on going all the way until the weight stops going down.

Today I want to tell you about my experience using Ozempic; this is a medication that my doctor recommended. Got to say, the drug is a great appetite saver, especially at lunch. I no longer need frequent snacks between major meals, but sometimes I still do. It never happened before; I started at 98 kg and reached 84 kg, the last time I had this weight was 5 years ago. The only drawback, perhaps, is that I sometimes have pain in my stomach. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Minimum side effects that do not last long. I look forward to the end of my journey with Ozempic. I hope this time I can take the extra weight off.

When I noticed that my weight was increasing and my overall health was worsening, I started looking on the Internet for ways to solve this problem. So I discovered Ozempic. What I liked the most is that these injections are done once a week. The product works perfectly day and night, helps to protect me from overeating and strengthens my belief in the return of the previous figure. In addition, Ozempic can be used for a long time, which is a very useful feature. Another nice thing: my blood sugar level has improved a little. I’ve only been taking the medication for 12 weeks. The improvements are small, but they are obvious. I’m sure I’ll look much better after I finish my treatment course!

Yesterday I read about Ozempic, and I was very interested. I used to take Phentermine, but I didn’t like it because of my blood pressure problems. I want to ask you if Ozempic affects the heart and blood pressure.

Hello, Becky! Thank you very much for the question! Unlike oral appetite suppressors, Ozempic is much safer for cardiovascular systems. The common side effects do not include hypertension or even a slight increase in blood pressure. I wish you a pleasant acquaintance with Ozempic!

I want to add that Ozempic can reduce systolic blood pressure. Side effects associated with reduced blood pressure were reported in 1.3% of people in clinical trials. Hypotension is commonly seen in people receiving concomitant antihypertensive treatment.

My Ozempic review can have only one title – Freedom! I was finally able to end the continual desire for sweets. I’m now on the 14th day of my diet, and I’ve noticed a sour stomach, but it’s much less unpleasant than overeating or savoring fatty, sugary things. The happiest I’ve ever been is right after an ice cream binge. You know what? This is a very effective method for regulating weight and hunger. My meals are modest, wholesome, and packed with nutrients, and I eat them to replenish my body rather than satisfy my appetite or experience pleasure. What’s the greatest part? Being able to go about my day without feeling heavy and sluggish. Great.

If you are interested in ozempic reviews, you are welcome^^. Three weeks ago, I began taking one milligram of Ozempic. The adverse effects are very terrible! After taking it twice, I had to quit since it gave me severe discomfort and diarrhea. Your hunger will be eliminated without a doubt. Although I am a chef and have a passion for food, I cannot enjoy eating at the moment!! It may work for some individuals, but I wouldn’t advocate trying it yourself. For me, adverse reactions are too horrible. Be careful.

Hello Keira! Thanks for your comment. I’m not very clear, and I hope you started with a dose of 0.25 mg; and not immediately with a dose of 1 mg. Gradually increasing the dose is necessary for the body to adapt to the drug’s action; this allows you to avoid the appearance of side effects or minimise them. Diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting are among the most common side effects of Ozempic. They can also be fought with medication.

Hi! I want to say something to newbies who are terrified by Ozempic side effects reviews. I’ve already reached the maximum dosage, and there haven’t been any negative effects from the upsizing cycle I’ve been on. As for the weight loss, everything goes according to plan. No miracles. Am I injecting incorrectly? Is there anything wrong with me? Or is Ozempic so good for me? Will be visiting my Doc soon. It’s strange since other medications had significant adverse effects on me. I’m not sure whether anybody else has had no adverse effects when using this drug.

Hello Frank. As a doctor, I can say that no side effects is normal. Ozempic and other obesity medications do not cause side effects in most people. Clinical trials confirm this, although if you read reviews, you can decide otherwise.

I’ve already read dozens of Ozempic weight loss stories, and I’m ready to share mine. I have been using Ozempic for two months. Initially, I took modest dosages and then went up to the normal dose. I would say that I suffered little nausea for a day or two, but it’s really small and controllable. My blood sugar is normal now, and I have steadily been shedding weight (5 pounds so far). My hunger is clearly subdued, and I feel extremely satisfied after tiny meals. The injection is simple and pain-free. I am pretty impressed with this medicine so far.

Over five years, I was plagued by constant back discomfort. My weight was 75kg. I was in a lot of pain and unable to enjoy life then. The reason was my overweight. Because of all of the medications I was taking, I could not shed the excess weight that I had. This problem brought me to blogs and forums with Ozempic weight loss reviews in Australia. At long last, my medical professional suggested that I have the Ozempic injection. I began with 0.25 milligrams, and I am currently at 1 milligram. There were a few unintended consequences from using it, but nothing too serious occurred. I have shed 9kg over three months. I am 66kg presently. I’d want to get rid of another 5 kg. Hope this drug will help me

I’m going to give my two cents to the collection of Ozempic weight loss reviews in Australia. My doctor prescribed me Ozempic for my diabetes treatment. My A1c has been on the high side for the last five years, and my doctor thinks I’m taking too much insulin. The drug is effective but at what cost. The negative effects are worsening even though I’ve dropped a ton of weight and my blood sugars are almost perfectly normal now!  I’m sick for the next two days after the injection, and it’s difficult to fall asleep. My stomach hurts, and I get cramps that keep me up at night. I’ve been taking it for 8 weeks now; have any of your symptoms subsided? My gut tells me it’s just going to get worse.

Hello, Angel! Clinical studies show that there were people who refused treatment due to unpleasant side effects, but they were a minority. Adverse reactions can be controlled, including through medication.

I have been using Ozempic for around two months at this point. Even though I haven’t felt sick, my stomach has a funny feeling about it. I’ve read in Ozempic side effects reviews that many people suffer from nausea. I haven’t had such an adverse reaction. I am now taking a dosage of 0.5. There was just one occasion when I had diarrhea, two days after I took my first dosage. I have less hunger, and I know I have dropped some weight, but I’m not sure about the exact figures. I’m more interested in my A1C result. I will get it in a few weeks. But overall, I find this med very helpful.

I started taking Ozempic seven months ago, and in that time, I’ve managed to shed 45 pounds. Ozempic does wonders with my appetite just like people in all that Ozempic reviews said. Guys, you were right! I don’t feel hungry at all. Most of the time, I get a feeling similar to that of being “full.” So I limit my portion of food if I do want to eat. There is a feeling of moderate nausea that comes and goes sometimes, but I never had vomiting as a side effect. I’ve also noticed that I burp more often than usual. My sugar level has decreased, but not as much as I had anticipated it would with a weight reduction of 45 pounds. I was hoping it would be lower than that (I weigh 220 now). I have at least another 20 pounds that I want to drop, and I am optimistic that doing so would bring down my blood sugar.

I’ve read many Ozempic weight loss reviews in Australia, and feel like I must share my experience too. I began taking Ozempic three months ago at a dosage of 0.25 milligrams. My doc insisted that I take my first dose on a Monday in her office since I always promised to try the medication but never followed through. Felt well when the next morning arrived, but by night I was experiencing stomach pains, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, which lasted until the early hours of Wednesday. Even though I was losing at least three to four pounds per week and a total of thirty-five pounds in two and a half months, the side effects are horrible. I enjoy that I am becoming thinner, but I just hope that the medicine hasn’t caused any irreversible harm to my body.

I feel like the world needs one more Ozempic weight loss story. All right, settle in. My spouse has had few negative effects using Ozempic for Type 2 diabetes. His food intake is down 2/3 (no more snacks between 3 meals), and he’s reduced his diabetic meds. I still can’t believe it. But he’s shedding pounds every week! Seeing his success, I’ve started to take Ozempic too. My food intake has dropped, and I’ve stopped all diabetic meds. This drug is awesome.
